An essential stop in the heart of the vineyards not far from Bordeaux, the Brasserie Fine Les Secrets proposes a real culinary journey combining tradition of cooking and creativity.

Having undertaken his apprenticeship at the Relais Bernard Loiseau, the young chef Christopher ROUSSEAU has, throughout his career, rubbed shoulders with some great names in French cooking such as Arnaud FAYE, Richard PROUTEAU and Patrick BERTRON. These meetings have given him the taste of the great kitchens with one aim, to provoke a taste emotion. Christopher likes to constantly defy himself, to explore new culinary ways and likes to convey these values to the entire team around him.

It gives pride of place to cooking that is both tasty and daring, highlighting local seasonal products..
